All sales are final. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event. Programming & event format are subject to changes. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason. The Event retains the right to cancel, rescind or revoke any ticket purchases at any time prior to delivery of the actual tickets to the purchaser, for any reason whatsoever in the Event’s sole discretion. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it is issued. This ticket is not redeemable for cash.

If anyone attempts to sell or sells an Event ticket for above face value, or purchases an Event ticket with the intention of reselling it for above face value, the Event has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any such ticket without advance notice, and once canceled, the ticket will be null and void and will not grant the holder any right to enter the Event.

Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued. Ticket Holder voluntarily agrees that the Event management, facility, promoters, participants, Northern Nights Music Group LLC and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by Ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

Event management and Ticket Holders shall materially comply with and enforce all applicable laws, including those relating to COVID-19, alcoholic beverages and drones.  Illegal drugs, weapons, controlled substances, fireworks, glass containers, and non-service animals are prohibited.

Ticket Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast, recorded, or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event.      

By purchasing this ticket you are entering into an agreement with Northern Nights Music Group LLC for creative commons and understand that your image may be utilized by Northern Nights Music Group LLC for marketing and promotional materials.
